announcement: Artem in Ukraine has a 48-hour, $50,000 Giving Tuesday goal for communities like his that face health emergencies. Help with a 3X-multiplied gift today.
I’m Artem, and this is my story… After Russia’s full-scale invasion of my country, I put aside my life as a singer and composer to join Project HOPE and help others. Now I help tell the stories of fellow Ukrainians who, like so many other people around the world, are living through violent conflict and displacement — many without health care, medicines, or even clean water.
I speak to mothers who spent months hiding in basements with their traumatized families, children who’ve lost their parents, and elderly people who have no way to get care. It’s heartbreaking to hear what they’re going through — and to know millions of people in places like Gaza, Sudan and Haiti are facing the same dire reality.
You can help people like Savina, Gennaidy and his mother, Natalia, and Olena and her two sons get medications, primary care and community support as they rebuild their lives after fleeing Ukraine.
You can help deliver vital medical aid like surgical supplies, incubators for premature babies and vaccinations.
You can help deploy mobile medical units to provide health care to remote communities and people unable to travel in places like Syria, Morocco and my country, Ukraine.
What I love about my job is that it’s meaningful work that truly makes a difference in the lives of families in my community and beyond. This wouldn’t be possible without generous people like you who give to Project HOPE. You are an essential part of our team.
P.S. Your gift will help ensure that medicines, training for health workers and other lifesaving aid reaches the children, families and communities with the most dire needs. Please make your 3X-multiplied contribution right now. You’ll have my thanks for helping reach my Giving Tuesday goal!
Through November 28, your gift in honor of Giving Tuesday will be triple matched up to $50,000. A gift to this appeal will be used to support Project HOPE’s global emergency response, medical, educational and humanitarian assistance programs, wherever the need is greatest.
